Inclusion is now a commercial conversation
Around 1 in 5 Australians has a disability. Add their families, friends and communities and you have a very large group of people watching how your brand represents them (or doesn’t). This matters to brand marketing now more than ever, with 53% of Gen Z Australians and 50% of millennials saying they're more likely to switch to a brand that advertises inclusively (The Inclusion Imperative, Inclusively Made).
"If you aren't marketing to disabled people, you are missing out on 20% of the population."
