Meet Lauren

Lauren (she/her) is a nationally recognised mental‑health and disability advocate, keynote speaker and curve model from Naarm (Melbourne). A bilateral amputee and suicide survivor with lived experience of depression and PTSD, she channels her resilience into Conversations That Really Matter—a movement transforming how we speak about suicide, mental health and emotional wellbeing. Lauren blends advocacy with fashion, beauty and everyday life, creating safe spaces for connection and challenging stigma with grace and humour. She has collaborated with brands such as SKIMS, Raq Apparel, Kic and Chemist Warehouse and works alongside organisations like The Flourish Journey and Beyond Blue to amplify mental‑health advocacy.
