Saffy (she/her) is an autistic and ADHD advocate, writer and content creator living in Naarm (Melbourne). She shares candid reflections on neurodivergence and chronic illness alongside joyful explorations of her special interests—think book reviews, dopamine dressing and lived experience storytelling—proving activism can coexist with fun content. Her work challenges ableism and celebrates neurodivergent joy, inviting her community to connect, share advice, and advocate together. Saffy has collaborated with brands like Tangles, My Story MySpectrum and Core Autism Disability while growing her blog and speaking practice.
